These are the Simple Points of Estate Planning:

Make an appointment with a lawyer for your will.  While speaking with your lawyer you will be able to name your personal powers of attorney for your health and your property.  These can be different people.  With the will you can also name Trusties for your kids in case you prematurely pass away.

No one wants their kids raised by the wrong people or passed through the courts.

Name Beneficiaries.  These people will receive the valuable items and cash within your estate.

Now it’s time to meet with a reputable Financial Advisor to talk about the beneficiaries for your Life Insurance and your Investments and make sure they are in order.

It’s on YOU to protect and provide for your family!  This point can’t be stressed enough.

Please take the proper steps to plan for your estate.
